Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working with Government or PSU clients will be an added advantage
- Exposure to advertising/marketing agency environment is preferred
Key Responsibility
- Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns for ministries and government bodies.
- Develop communication for public awareness campaigns, policy rollouts, and flagship schemes
- Write across platforms: Digital and Print
- Translate policy and strategy into simple, impactful, citizen-first messaging
- Craft taglines, key messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives aligned with government tonality
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and media teams on multi-channel government campaigns
- Present ideas internally and to senior stakeholders, including government representatives when required
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency handling ministers or ministry accounts
- Strong experience in writing policy communication, awareness campaigns, scripts, OOH
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant communication
- Strong understanding of government communication guidelines, tonality, and sensitivities
- Campaign-first thinking with the ability to adapt messaging across platforms
