Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with Government or PSU clients will be an added advantage
• Exposure to advertising/marketing agency environment is preferred

Key Responsibility

• Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns for ministries and government bodies.
• Develop communication for public awareness campaigns, policy rollouts, and flagship schemes
• Write across platforms: Digital and Print
• Translate policy and strategy into simple, impactful, citizen-first messaging
• Craft taglines, key messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives aligned with government tonality
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and media teams on multi-channel government campaigns
• Present ideas internally and to senior stakeholders, including government representatives when required

What we’re looking for:

• 3 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency handling ministers or ministry accounts
• Strong experience in writing policy communication, awareness campaigns, scripts, OOH
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant communication
• Strong understanding of government communication guidelines, tonality, and sensitivities
• Campaign-first thinking with the ability to adapt messaging across platforms
