Internship Opportunity
Genieclasses is an edtech tutoring platform and we’re expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us in building a high-quality online learning platform.
JUNIOR COORDINATOR (Operations + HR Support)
• Coordinate between parents, tutors, and internal team
• Assist in demo scheduling and smooth class execution
• Handle basic HR operations – recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and email responses
• Screen applications and maintain candidate pipeline
• Maintain and update student, tutor, and recruitment data (Google Sheets/CRM)
• Support workshop coordination and daily operations
• Ensure smooth communication and timely task execution
Requirements:
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Ability to multitask and handle basic HR/admin responsibilities
• Strong communication skills (especially in English)
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude
• Interest in working in a fast-paced EdTech environment
• Laptop with proper working setup
• Stable Wi-Fi connection
Work Details & Benefits:
• Full-time / Part-time role (6-8 hours/ 3-4 hours a day)
• Remote working setup (5 Days)
• Pay- 2-5K per month
• 1-month probation period
• Minimum 3–6 months commitment required
• Certificate of Experience & Letter of Recommendation
• Attractive stipend based on performance
