Company Description
Kanzen Consulting Pvt. Ltd. specializes in product development and IT services across EdTech, Finance, and Insurance domains. The company collaborates with businesses in India, the US, and Japan, delivering tailored software solutions. With expertise in technologies like Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Flutter, React, and Oracle, Kanzen Consulting provides effective and timely solutions to complex business challenges within budget.
Role Overview
Are you a wordsmith who can explain complex technology without making it sound like a manual? Do you spend more time than you’d like to admit analyzing why certain LinkedIn posts go viral?
We are looking for a Junior Content Writer to join our team. This is a role for someone who might be low on "years of experience" but is high on curiosity, research skills, and the ability to write copy that people actually want to read. You’ll be the voice of our brand across professional networks and our official blog, focusing on the intersection of Education Technology (EdTech) and the modern recruitment landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. The "LinkedIn Specialist"
Technical but Trendy: Take complex topics (AI in hiring, SaaS updates, EdTech trends) and turn them into catchy, high-engagement LinkedIn posts.
Hook & Hold: Master the art of the "LinkedIn hook" to stop the scroll and encourage meaningful conversation.
Engagement: Monitor comments and trends to help us stay relevant in the industry feed.
2. The "EdTech & HR Blogger"
Deep Dives: Research and write long-form blogs (800–1,200 words) on topics like digital learning, talent acquisition, and the future of work.
SEO Basics: Learn to integrate keywords naturally to help our content rank on Google (we’ll teach you if you don't know this yet!).
Simplification: Break down "boring" recruitment processes or technical EdTech jargon into relatable, value-driven articles for our audience.
What We’re Looking For
A Natural Writer: You have a portfolio (or even a personal blog/school project) that shows you can string a sentence together beautifully.
Research Junkie: You aren't afraid to dive into a technical topic you know nothing about and come out an "expert" two hours later.
Social Media Native: You understand the vibe of LinkedIn—professional, yet personal and punchy.
Grammar Nerd: You know the difference between its and it’s, and you actually care about it.
Feedback-Friendly: You view edits as a way to grow, not as a personal attack.
Bonus Points If...
You have a background in Communications, English, or Marketing.
You’ve managed a personal LinkedIn brand or a small newsletter.
You have a genuine interest in how people learn and get hired in 2026.
Why Join Us?
This isn't a "fetch coffee" kind of internship or entry-level job. You will be a core part of our content strategy. We offer mentorship, the freedom to experiment with your writing style, and a front-row seat to the evolving world of EdTech.
