About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Content Specialist to help scale Omdena’s inbound content engine. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, AI, and B2B tech content.
You’ll research, plan, write, optimize, and distribute content that drives qualified inbound leads, not just traffic.
This is not a generic writing role. You’ll learn how content actually contributes to growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs (search intent, difficulty, opportunities)
- Assist in content planning and topic clustering
- Create detailed SEO content outlines
- Write long-form B2B & tech-focused articles (AI, data, enterprise use cases)
- Use AI tools responsibly for: Drafting, Editing, Improving clarity and structure
- Optimize content for: On-page SEO, Internal linking, Readability and intent alignment
- Refresh and improve existing content based on SEO performance
- Design simple visuals using Canva (charts, diagrams, featured images)
- Write supporting social media content for LinkedIn
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs for keyword research
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, internal linking, content structure)
- Experience writing tech or B2B content
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content writing and editing
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Ability to follow content briefs and SOPs
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience writing about AI, data science, or enterprise tech
- Basic understanding of content distribution and lead generation
- Interest in learning how content drives business outcomes
