Role Overview
We are hiring an in-house Content Creator who can shoot, edit, and publish high-performing short-form content (Reels/Shorts). This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, works fast, and can turn ideas into engaging content daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and create daily short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) using a mobile phone
- Edit videos with fast turnaround (same day or next day)
- Add captions, hooks, transitions, and trending audio
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and product launches
- Brainstorm and execute content ideas regularly
- Stay updated with Instagram & YouTube trends and replicate them quickly
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone and drives engagement/conversions
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile video shooting
- Proficiency in editing tools like:
- CapCut
- InShot
- VN Video Editor
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, and storytelling
- Ability to create engaging content with minimal resources
- Fast execution and ability to handle multiple pieces of content daily
