The Impact You'll Make
We are seeking a technically strong and proactive
Junior Consultant with around two years of hands-on experience in SDLC, DevOps, cloud, and automation ecosystems. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, be a team player, and be comfortable working in globally distributed environments.This role involves contributing to SDLC processes, DevOps & DevSecOps process development, automation, scripting tasks, and supporting modern toolchains across the development lifecycle for Danfoss business teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Primarily, Support globally distributed project development teams with technical, process related issues.
- Support and enhance SDLC processes, tools, and workflows used by development teams across business teams.
- Involve in SDLC/DevOps tool administration and operational support.
- Assist in CI/CD pipeline setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting using DevOps best practices.
- Write technical documentation, provide technical support with effective communication using available channels, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Use Git, command-line tools, and scripting languages (PowerShell/Bash) for automation.
- Work with Linux/Unix environments for configuration, debugging, and operational tasks.
- Contribute to cloud-based environments across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS ecosystems for assist with infrastructure automation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years experience working in Web development
- Strong understanding of SDLC phases, processes, and tools.
- Foundational experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
- Good knowledge of cloud concepts across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Beginner–intermediate skills in Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and PowerShell/Bash.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in scripting, automation, enterprise tool management, and security best practices.
- Comfortable with multiple programming languages and familiar with IDEs, project tools, and CI/CD tools.
