Role Description This is a full-time, remote Junior Consultant role supporting digital transformation projects for a variety of clients. The Junior Consultant will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping current and future processes, and supporting solution design for CRM, ERP, and customer data platform implementations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research, preparing client-ready presentations and reports, and helping configure or test technology solutions under the guidance of senior consultants. The role also involves supporting project coordination tasks, such as tracking action items, updating project documentation, and assisting with virtual workshops or training sessions. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Interest or experience in CRM, ERP, and customer data platforms, with a desire to develop technical and functional expertise.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise presentations and reports.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a client-focused environment.
- Interest in digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning; prior exposure to consulting or technology projects is a plus.
