Job Position: Junior Business Consultant
Qualification: Degree or master’s degree in business management (BBA)
Experience: 0 to 1 year

Job Role: To manage the Training execution and support the Business coach in managing the post training engagement. This role would require high amount of people interaction and Documentation. Opportunity to understand the Organisation Growth, Individual department perspective and Management strategies.
Job Description:
- Documenting customer requirements
- Research about the client and Industry for specific inputs for the Coaching / Training Program
- Review and prepare program schedule
- Supporting the coach during the program
- Collating participants’ interaction during the program
- Documenting “Call to Action “from each participant
- Planning and running weekly review meetings with Participants – Virtually.
- Providing written feedback to Coach on the reviews
- Collection of Feedbacks from each participant
- Coordination with Marketing team on Program positioning and Testimonials
- Continuous learning on the Business Growth, People and Management skills
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Good in business Communication
- Ability to create documents with ease through MS office tools
- Good knowledge on handling computers and basic IT skills
- Willingness to Travel
- Ability to build rapport with people
- Good knowledge in LinkedIn and Instagram handling
