🚨 We're Hiring | Junior Consultant – International Student Recruitment
Are you passionate about international education, student engagement, and building meaningful relationships? We are looking for a dynamic Junior Consultant to support international student recruitment and postgraduate admissions for a prestigious global education client.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
🏢 Industry: Education Consulting / International Education
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, education agents, students, and parents.
✅ Drive undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment initiatives.
✅ Represent the organization at recruitment fairs, education exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
✅ Plan and execute school visits, student engagement activities, and marketing campaigns.
✅ Support admissions, application guidance, visa assistance, and pre-departure activities.
✅ Coordinate call and email campaigns while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
✅ Create engaging content for social media and digital marketing initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver recruitment targets and business objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 1–4 years of experience in international education, student recruitment, admissions, or education consulting.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Comfortable with extensive travel and interacting with students, parents, institutions, and education partners.
✔ Experience in postgraduate recruitment or agent management will be an added advantage.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
✔ Excellent organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
