Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Client Support Executive, based at Vasant Vihar. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client concerns, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to account management. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales inquiries and providing consulting support to help clients meet their business goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to effectively address and resolve client inquiries.
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with Sales and Consulting to identify opportunities and provide meaningful business guidance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness and availability to work the second shift and commit to an on-site role are required.
