Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Client Servicing Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Junior Client Servicing Executive will primarily serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, along with preparing presentations aligned to client objectives and managing client accounts.

The role also involves addressing client inquiries or issues promptly and ensuring effective resolution.

Collaboration with internal teams to align client goals with actionable plans is also an essential part of this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to effectively manage and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful Presentations and delivering them confidently to stakeholders.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to address client needs and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Experience in Account Management, including handling multiple clients and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry or equivalent is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
