Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Client Acquisition Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, building relationships, and understanding client needs to propose tailored ERP solutions. They will assist in creating presentations, maintaining client databases, and managing customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to align product offerings with client requirements, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and solutions
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience practices
- Experience in Customer Service, including handling inquiries and resolving client concerns
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in client acquisition or sales is a plus
