Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Civil Site Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality control, and working in alignment with project designs and deadlines. The individual will collaborate with other engineers and construction teams, communicate project progress, and address any onsite technical challenges. Additionally, the Junior Civil Site Engineer will ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while maintaining efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with On-Site construction activities and familiarity with day-to-day project execution processes.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with team members, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices and ensuring compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of Civil and Structural Engineering principles, methods, and techniques applied to construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for identifying and addressing construction challenges.
- Willingness to work in an on-site role in Bengaluru.
