Objective of the role:

A Junior civil Engineer (JE) in acts as the key site-level supervisor, bridging senior management and laborers to ensure projects are executed according to drawings and safety standards.

Only Mumbai Candidates are preferred.

Location: Mira Bhayander.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assisting in the daily supervision of construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to structural plans and specifications.

Conducting site visits to collect data, inspect structural integrity, and survey terrain.

Preparing cost estimations, material requirements, and progress reports.

Assisting with coordination between subcontractors, architects, and senior engineers to keep projects on schedule.

Conducting site visits and surveys to collect the data as per project requirements.

Preparing cost estimation and material requirements reports for specific projects.

Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to meet the project outcomes.

Monitoring work progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

To manage the tools and inventories used in the project works.

Collaborate with construction teams and subcontractors.

Skills & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

3+ years experience in residential projects.

Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
