Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Civil Engineer based at our Chandigarh location. The Junior Civil Engineer will assist in the design, planning, and execution of construction projects by preparing technical drawings, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities will also include stormwater management planning, project assessments, and supporting senior engineers with day-to-day tasks to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and foundational knowledge of Civil Engineering principles
- Skills in Planning and Project Coordination to efficiently execute construction tasks
- Understanding of Stormwater Management and implementation in project designs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Familiarity with construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant civil engineering design software is a plus
- Previous internship or hands-on experience in construction projects will be an added advantage
