Our approach is not limited to drawings or site supervision—we aim to control how projects are designed, coordinated, and executed on ground.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Civil Engineer (Design & Site Coordination).
You will be involved in:
• Preparing AutoCAD execution
drawings • Supporting site visits and coordination
• Assisting in basic 3D modeling (SketchUp)
• Identifying and reporting site-level issues and deviations
• Contributing to day-to-day project coordination and execution control
This role is intended for candidates who want exposure to both design and on-site execution, not just routine tasks.
Qualifications
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of construction practices and site execution
• Familiarity with SketchUp or similar 3D tools (preferred)
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership of assigned work
• Good observation and coordination skills
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
