We’re Hiring: Junior Cinematographer 🎥

We’re looking for creators who want to tell stories that educate, inspire, and make a real impact. We’re looking for a Junior Cinematographer who is passionate about creating high-quality videos and is excited to travel across India to capture real stories, interviews, events, and cinematic content.
What You’ll Do
* Shoot high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
* Travel across different states in India for outdoor shoots and on-location productions.
* Set up and operate cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment.
* Capture interviews, documentaries, podcasts, office content, and lifestyle shoots.
* Ensure proper framing, composition, focus, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.
* Perform basic video editing, including trimming footage, syncing audio, organizing clips, and preparing rough cuts for the editing team.
* Work closely with the content and marketing team to execute creative concepts.
* Organize and safely manage shooting equipment before, during, and after productions.
Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in videography or cinematography (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
* Good understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
* Comfortable operating gimbals and other camera stabilization equipment.
* Basic knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
* Willingness to travel frequently across India for shoots.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Passion for learning and continuously improving cinematography skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience shooting with Sony, Canon, or similar mirrorless cameras.
* Basic understanding of color correction and cinematic workflows.
* Drone shooting experience is a bonus (not mandatory).
