Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Chef Instructor based in Hyderabad. The Junior Chef Instructor will assist in delivering culinary and baking instruction to students, ensure a high-quality learning experience and maintain a safe and professional environment in the kitchen. Additional responsibilities include overseeing classroom activities, classroom setup and ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards. The instructor will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of courses and workshops, alongside supporting demonstration events and corporate training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in baking and pastry techniques, culinary arts, and food preparation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for overseeing classroom activities and managing kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on fostering a positive learning environment.
- At least 2 years experience in a reputed organization as a chef.
- Certifications in culinary studies, baking, pastry arts, or a related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an added benefit.
