Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Chef located in Thane. The Junior Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of chocolate and dry fruit-based creations, ensuring the quality and consistency of products. Daily tasks include ingredient preparation, recipe execution, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team on new recipes and product innovations. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are key to succeeding in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in culinary basics, including food preparation and recipe execution
- Knowledge of chocolate making, confectionery techniques, and dry fruit-based recipes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for dessert and confectionery creation
- Formal culinary training is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
