Maati Earthcraft is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Chef to join our team. We are seeking a fresh hotel management or culinary graduate who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a creative cafe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cafe-style meals, beverages, and seasonal specials
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene standards
- Support daily kitchen operations and prep work
- Learn and contribute to menu development and new food ideas
- Coordinate with the team for smooth kitchen workflow
- Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and equipment
Requirements
- Recently completed Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
- Specialization or strong interest in Cooking/Culinary Operations
- 0–1 year of experience (internships/training experience acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Passion for cooking, plating, and cafe culture
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Interest in continental, cafe-style, fusion, or healthy cuisine
- Creativity in presentation and food styling
- Understanding of modern cafe trends and aesthetics
- Eagerness to experiment with regional and global flavors

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience & capability)
