Job Title: Junior Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Noida, India
Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh CA qualified candidates preferred)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior CA to support financial operations, compliance, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across accounting, taxation, and financial planning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in closing books and reconciliation processes (bank, vendor, customer)
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and income tax compliance
- Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
3. Audit Support
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Prepare audit schedules and required documentation
- Address audit queries and ensure timely closure
4. Financial Analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial data and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare MIS reports for management
5. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and suggest improvements
- Support automation initiatives (ERP, accounting tools, etc.)
Qualifications- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and taxation
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance
Skills Required- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good to Have- Exposure to startup or high-growth company environments
- Familiarity with financial automation tools or AI-enabled accounting platforms
- Basic understanding of SaaS or eCommerce business models
