Key Responsibilities
- Work with 3D modeling software like Fusion 360, Inventor, Meshmixer, etc., for creating 3D models and designs
- Process and analyze 3D models for 3D printing and manufacturing. Checking design for manufacturability of 3d models for 3d printing technologies like FDM, SLA, SLA, etc.
- Make G-codes for 3D printers using slicing software like Cura, Simplify 3d, etc.
- Create new product concepts and designs
- Work on 3D scanning and reverse engineering of products and create CAD drawings
- Make CAD designs for products from concept and existing market products for our company and clients
- Project and team management for small batch and prototype manufacturing
- Work on individual or client projects, and maintain client relations
- Make designs for furniture, lighting, etc., for our own brand
- Visit client places for executing design projects
