Business Development Executive

Shift: US Timings (Night Shift)
Job Description:
• Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects to generate leads and set appointments
• Introduce company services/products clearly and professionally
• Qualify leads and update CRM with accurate call details
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
• Coordinate with sales/BD teams for follow-ups
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in US cold calling / telemarketing / lead generation
• Excellent English communication and neutral accent
• Willingness to work in US night shifts from Chennai office
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Added Advantage: Experience working in Microsoft technologies.
