Arlig Technologies is looking for a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing Salesforce consulting business. The role involves prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, and setting up meetings with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research prospective clients across target industries
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to generate leads
• Qualify prospects and understand business requirements
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM
• Support outbound sales initiatives and lead generation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or similar roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Exposure to SaaS, IT services, or Salesforce ecosystem is an advantage
