Job Title: Junior Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: [Remote/On-site/Hybrid]
Experience: 0–2 years
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Junior BDM who can help grow our client base, build relationships, and support revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, spotting opportunities, and turning leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, startups, and companies
- Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn for lead generation
- Pitch company services and set up meetings with decision-makers
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships
- Work closely with the recruitment/HR team to understand client requirements
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred, especially in Marketing/HR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in client interaction
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets
Good to Have:
- Prior internship or experience in sales, HR, or client acquisition
- Knowledge of ATS or recruitment services
