Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Business Development Executive who will support our client acquisition efforts through lead generation, outreach, and meeting coordination. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the founding team and gain exposure to the semiconductor industry.
Role Description
1.This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Business Development Executive (Semiconductor Services) based in Bengaluru.
2.The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through market research and networking, and building strategic client relationships.
3.The individual will assist in account management by understanding client needs and ensuring the delivery of effective solutions.
4.Collaboration with internal teams, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets are essential aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in semiconductor, ASIC, and VLSI domains
- Perform LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing to generate leads
- Build and maintain a database of target companies and contacts
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication
- Support proposal sharing and initial client engagement
- Track all activities and maintain reports (daily/weekly)
What You Will NOT Be Responsible For
- Closing deals independently
- Deep technical discussions with clients
(You will be trained and supported by the founder for these activities)
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English – written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of B2B sales / willingness to learn
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outreach
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to IT services / engineering services sales
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor / VLSI industry
Compensation
