Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Junior Business Development Executive (Fresher). The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking, and supporting the sales pipeline. The executive will communicate with prospective learners and partners, explain Teknowgrade’s learning solutions, schedule meetings or demos, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, assisting in account follow-ups, preparing basic reports, and contributing to outreach campaigns to grow the company’s learner base and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Business development skills, including New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a strong interest in sales and growth activities.
- Account Management and Business relationship skills to support existing accounts and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and professionally.
- Basic understanding of the education, training, or e-learning sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; recent graduates and freshers are encouraged to apply.
