Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive located in Kozhikode. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and providing excellent account management services. Daily tasks include developing new business strategies, communicating with potential clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to drive company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and identifying opportunities for client acquisition
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to build a robust sales pipeline
- Experience in Business and Account Management to handle and strengthen client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to negotiate effectively
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay goal-oriented
- Familiarity with software development or IT services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
