About the Role
As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and connecting with potential clients. You will work closely with our technical and sales teams to deliver the best solutions to clients across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold outreach, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Write proposals, bid on projects, and follow up with prospects
- Negotiate deals and close sales opportunities
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT services business development
- Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms
- Experience or interest in working with international clients (US/UK preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Web and Mobile Development services is a plus
