About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated TR1 Vendor BDE / Bench Sales Expert for the USA Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT bench sales, vendor management, candidate marketing, client coordination, and generating business opportunities through Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
The candidate must be aggressive in marketing consultants, building vendor relationships, generating requirements, and closing placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Market IT & Non-IT bench consultants across the USA staffing market.
- Work with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Generate daily requirements from vendors and clients.
- Submit suitable candidates to open requirements.
- Negotiate pay rates, billing rates, and contract terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until closure.
- Handle end-to-end bench sales activities.
- Maintain consultant availability sheets and vendor databases.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and closures.
- Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and contract positions.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in USA Staffing Bench Sales / Vendor BDE.
- Strong knowledge of the USA recruitment market.
- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Good experience in marketing bench consultants.
- Knowledge of IT & Non-IT technologies/domains preferred.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT staffing.
- Existing vendor network is a plus.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
