Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Business Development based out of the Pune Division, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves identifying and generating business opportunities, conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, and providing customer support. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business data
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a hybrid work environment
- Basic understanding of industrial automation and control systems is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
