We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Business Development Associate to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our revenue and operations engine, working across Business Development, Internal Hiring, and Candidate Leads & Communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and prospect new clients through research, outreach, and networking to drive business growth.
Pitch the company's services to potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Consistently work toward and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Develop innovative strategies to expand the client base and enter new markets.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Coordinate with clients on job requirements, timelines, feedback, and deliverables.
Build and sustain strategic partnerships by fostering trust, responsiveness, and consistent communication.
Identify opportunities for upselling or deepening existing client relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work within a cross-functional setup spanning Business Development, Internal Hiring, and Candidate Leads & Database teams.
Coordinate with internal hiring teams to align on open mandates, candidate pipelines, and delivery timelines.
Act as a communication bridge between BD, internal operations, and client stakeholders.
Ensure all teams are aligned and execution is seamless across the hiring and BD cycle.
Data Scraping & Database Management
Conduct targeted data scraping to build and maintain databases of prospective clients and candidate leads.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate, current information on clients and leads.
Research and compile market intelligence to support strategic BD decisions.
Generate reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and BD performance metrics.
Internal Team Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day communication between internal teams to maintain workflow continuity.
Follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
Assist in managing calendars, meetings, and documentation for cross-team initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, staffing, or client coordination.
Must be based in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is a fully remote role.
Proficiency in data scraping and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.
Strong command of CRM tools and spreadsheet applications (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
