Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Business Analyst role based on-site at the Galaxy Freight Pvt. Ltd. headquarters in Mumbai. The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with senior team members to gather and analyze business requirements, assist in defining and improving business processes, and provide actionable insights to influence decision-making. Responsibilities include creating process documentation, analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting teams to meet business goals efficiently.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Analysis techniques to evaluate data and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Business Processes and ability to assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of Business Requirements and experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing them.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools or business intelligence software is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple projects.
