Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers who are eager to learn and build a career as a Business Analyst. This role begins with a 6-month internship with a stipend, where you will gain hands-on experience in real-time projects. Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be offered a permanent position in the organisation.
- Experience: 0 years (Freshers welcome)
- Employment Type: Internship (6 months) → Full-time (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Learn to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
- Support the preparation of documents such as BRD, SRS, and MOM
- Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions
- Coordinate with developers, testers, and team members
- Assist in reviewing test cases and validating outputs
- Maintain proper documentation and regular updates
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with 0 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BCA, BBA, or MCA preferred)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication and analytical skills
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of business processes (training will be provided)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google tools
