Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing process maps, communicating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective implementation of business solutions. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies while working closely with stakeholders.
