Jr. Brand Strategist

About the Role
Xpresso Global is looking for a creatively driven Jr.Brand Strategist to support the development of brand positioning, campaign strategy, communication frameworks, and culturally relevant marketing ideas for clients across industries.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital culture, consumer behaviour, and storytelling , and can turn insights into compelling brand narratives and campaign ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication strategies.
- Translate business objectives and audience insights into actionable campaign ideas.
- Build pitch decks, strategic presentations, and creative briefs for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with creative, social media, content, and performance teams to maintain strategic consistency across campaigns.
- Support the development of campaign concepts, brand narratives, and go-to-market strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and new business pitches.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify strategic learnings for optimization.
- Stay updated on digital culture, internet trends, consumer behaviours, and platform shifts.
- Assist in competitor benchmarking and category analysis to identify brand opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field (agency experience or internship exposure strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content ecosystems.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively while solving marketing and business challenges.
- Familiarity with brand communication, consumer psychology, and cultural trends.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or similar presentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency experience or internship exposure is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in campaign planning and creative ideation.
- Understanding of influencer marketing, content strategy, and performance-led campaigns.
- Strong collaboration and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to convert research and insights into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
