Role overview: The Jr Brand Solutions Executive will play a key role in managing and enhancing our clients’ social media presence. This role involves creating engaging content, implementing effective social media strategies, and interacting with online communities to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy development – Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and client objectives.
- Content management – Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others based on the brand's requirements.
- Community engagement – Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Client coordination – Collaborate with clients to understand their social media needs and ensure the delivery of effective strategies and content.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, design, and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Performance analysis – Analyse social media performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Monthly reporting – Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend monitoring – Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies relevant and innovative.
- Advertising management – Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Education – Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience – Proven experience of at least one year as a social media executive, client servicing executive, brand solutions executive, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
