Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Merchandiser located in Mumbai. The Brand Merchandiser will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with merchandising, sales, marketing, and retail activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, retail, or marketing with proven ability to drive growth and revenue.
- Must have handled brands online, onboarded brands and understands the business of brands.
- Must have handled the offline brands.
- A strong understanding of fashion retail or ecommerce operations
- Knowledge of budgeting, and vendor management.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Planning and handling promotions for allocated designers in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitoring client orders and alterations which also includes but not limited to guiding and mentoring other merchandisers for solving client issues and chaotic situations.
