We are looking for a BPM Specialist who can take ownership of analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement workflows, automations, and process improvements aligned with business goals.
📍 Location: Remote
🧠 Experience: Minimum 1 year in relevant BPM / process improvement role
📈 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (INR)

🎯 Core Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving existing business processes or creating new ones
- Take full ownership of change requests raised by internal team members
- Design, document, and implement process improvement plans, ensuring clear communication and adoption across teams
- Set up and manage workflows and automations across project management and CRM tools
- (Jira, Trello, Monday.com, SharePoint, etc.)
- Develop reports on process improvements, project findings, and best practices for management review
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Perform cost–benefit analysis for proposed process changes to assess business impact

- Workflow Projects – Design and optimize operational workflows
- Complex Projects – Handle cross-team or multi-tool process implementations
- Cost-Saving Projects – Identify and implement efficiency improvements that reduce operational costs
👤 Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in BPM, process optimization, or workflow automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to independently manage process improvement initiatives end-to-end
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
🛠 Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Extensive experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Hands-on experience with Project Management & CRM tools:
- Jira
- Trello
- Monday.com
- Experience with automation tools & workflows:
- Power Automate
- Jira Automation / Butler
- Monday.com Automations
- Zapier
🎓 Education
- Any Related degree (Business, IT, Engineering, Operations, or similar)
⏰ Availability & Commitment (Mandatory)
- Available for communication 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
- (Timings are flexible based on task delivery)
- No other full-time job allowed
- Available for minimum 6–7 hours per day
- Mandatory availability for:
- Daily Stand-up Meeting (DSM): 12:30 PM IST
- Tuesday, 1:00 PM IST – Infofrenzy Call
