Role Description
This is a full-time Junior BIM Architect position responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, producing architectural and construction drawings, and assisting with submittals. The Junior BIM Architect will collaborate with project teams to ensure streamlined design processes and compliance with project goals. This is an on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and creation of Architectural Drawings
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and software
- Experience in producing Construction Drawings and managing Submittals
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in architectural design is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
