Role Description The Junior BIM Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects using Building Information Modeling tools and workflows. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of architectural and construction drawings, coordinating BIM models, and helping develop detailed submittals and documentation under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate information, timely updates, and alignment with project standards and client requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi, requiring active participation in team meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture, including understanding of design principles and building systems.
- Ability to produce accurate Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings as part of project documentation.
- Competence in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for coordinating and updating project models.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Submittals and related technical documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM or visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent education and training.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow established standards and procedures.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow in BIM and architectural practice.
