Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented junior barista cum bartender to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, assist in crafting cocktails, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, tourist-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Barista Responsibilities
Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, shakes, and speciality beverages.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Ensure the cleanliness of coffee machines and workstations.
Monitor and restock coffee supplies.
Bartender Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and serving cocktails and mocktails as per recipes.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
Maintain bar hygiene and stock levels.
Support inventory checks and daily closing procedures.
Guest Experience
Greet guests and provide menu recommendations.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Address guest concerns professionally.
Hygiene & Compliance
Adhere to FSSAI guidelines and hygiene standards.
Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10+2 qualification.
0–2 years of hospitality experience (freshers with training may apply).
Willingness to work weekends and peak tourist seasons.
