Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Barista to join our team in an exciting full-time, on-site role located in Koregaon. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages, assisting in food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. You will interact with customers, provide excellent customer service, and ensure they have a positive experience at our cafe. Additional responsibilities may include managing stock, handling transactions, and supporting senior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista and Food Preparation skills, including making coffee and handling food items
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
- Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn on the job
- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting is a plus
