Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Backend Developer with knowledge of Node.js, React.js, and Python to join our development team. The candidate will assist in building scalable web applications, developing APIs, and supporting front-end integration while working closely with senior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js.
- Support the development of RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
- Work with React.js developers to integrate user-facing elements with backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Assist in developing backend scripts and automation using Python.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Learn and adopt new technologies to improve development processes.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and backend development.
- Familiarity with React.js and front-end integration.
- Basic understanding of Python programming.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving and learning attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field.
- Internship or project experience in Node.js, React.js, or Python.
- Knowledge of Express.js or similar frameworks.Basic understanding of cloud platforms or deployment is a plus.
