Enout is looking for an execution-strong, consistency-driven Business Development Associate to drive high-quality outbound, build account-level intelligence, and generate meaningful first conversations with senior decision-makers.
This role sits at the frontline of our demand engine — the starting point of every opportunity created for the revenue team.
This is not mass outreach. This is strategic outbound.

What You Will Own
Outbound Execution
Driving high-consistency outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, and prospecting platforms to create qualified enterprise conversations.
Account Research & Intelligence
Building strong points of view on target accounts, key stakeholders, organizational priorities, and business problems before outreach begins.
Meeting Generation
Booking qualified, context-rich meetings with senior decision-makers — focusing on quality conversations, not calendar volume.
Outreach Strategy & Personalization
Creating thoughtful outreach sequences and personalized messaging that cuts through noise and builds credibility.
CRM & Pipeline Discipline
Maintaining clean CRM hygiene, tracking outreach insights, and ensuring strong pipeline visibility across the revenue process.
Proposal & Internal Coordination
Working closely with internal teams to support proposal creation, handovers, and context-sharing for active opportunities.
This Role Is Right for You If (Non-Negotiables)
- You have 0–3 years of B2B outbound or business development experience
- You have successfully booked meetings through cold outreach
- You are confident communicating over calls, email, and LinkedIn
- You are highly consistent, process-oriented, and strong with follow-through
- You know how to research accounts and personalize outreach meaningfully
- You have hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems
- You care about quality conversations, not just activity metrics
- You are willing to work full-time in a remote setup
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following environments is highly valued:
- B2B outbound sales
- Recruitment / staffing outreach
- SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Events / hospitality / employee engagement
- Founder-led startups or fast-paced business teams
