Build infrastructure for autonomous systems that power critical real-world operations.

We are building Exord Systems across the US, Germany, and India.
Many of the systems that keep the real world running still waste extraordinary amounts of human effort on operational work.
Across healthcare, insurance, finance, manufacturing, and public systems, extraordinary people spend their time on operational motion instead of impactful work.
We believe computation should absorb the worst parts of operational work so humans can spend more of their lives building, improving, solving, and creating.
Exord is building Decision Compute Infrastructure (DCI) , the infrastructure layer for reliable autonomous operations in the real world.
Think less: AI app. Chatbot. Prompt engineering. Workflow automation.
Think more: Databases. Distributed systems. Execution infrastructure. Control planes , but for compound AI systems.
Our founders have built and deployed large-scale production AI systems in complex enterprise environments, including some of Europe’s large-scale operational AI deployments. We are also part of the NVIDIA Inception Program.

That means systems engineering:
- See, explore, work with customers to understand the shape of a domain
- AI model assembly systems
- agent harnesses from the ground up
- observability and debugging infrastructure
- compilers / interpreters for decision execution
- execution runtimes
- control and execution planes
All driven by real-world operational impact.
These systems are designed to run autonomous operations where reliability matters deeply and failure is not casually acceptable like Financial Services & Industrial lines.
What you’ll work on
Depending on your strengths:
- building neuro-symbolic AI systems powering autonomous decision systems
- assembling AI models into reliable production systems
- creating observability, debugging, and evaluation systems
- building execution runtimes and control planes
- helping convert ambiguous customer operational problems into working infrastructure on DCI
- designing systems that reason safely under uncertainty
What we’re looking forYou likely have 1–2 years of experience

- you have shipped real systems and taken ownership
- side projects you actually completed

- curiosity about systems, infrastructure, distributed computing, and how AI gets operationalized
Technical comfort:
- Kotlin / JVM and Python strongly preferred
- LLM / applied AI systems
- systems engineering fundamentals
- data structures + systems thinking
- database engines / distributed systems familiarity
- familiarity with open-source models and fine-tuning efforts is a strong plus
