Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to support automation workflows, data syncing, and WhatsApp chatflow implementations. This role focuses on building reliable integrations across systems using tools like n8n (or equivalent) and working with WhatsApp platforms like Wati or similar.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n or similar tools
- Handle data syncing between platforms (Google Sheets, LMS, APIs, etc.)
- Create and manage WhatsApp chatflows (Wati or equivalent platforms)
- Implement and manage webhooks and API integrations
- Monitor, debug, and optimize automation processes
- Work with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions
- Document workflows and integration processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
- Experience or exposure to WhatsApp automation tools (Wati, Twilio, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Knowledge of HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix workflow/integration issues
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar data tools
- Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript or PHP preferred)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with API integrations across multiple systems
- Understanding of data mapping and transformation
- Exposure to LMS or CRM integrations
