Role Description
This is a full-time Junior Auditor role based in Bengaluru, India. The Junior Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits, evaluating financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. This on-site position involves analyzing data, preparing audit reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the development of risk assessments and internal control frameworks. The role also includes maintaining meticulous documentation and providing recommendations for enhancing business processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in auditing processes, financial record analysis, and preparation of audit reports
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
- Skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and identifying areas for operational improvements
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with various teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of internal control frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CA, or ACCA (preferred)
