Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Audit Assistant, based in Mumbai with opportunities for partial remote work. The Junior Audit Assistant will support the financial audit process, assist in the preparation of audit reports, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing data analysis, collaborating with senior auditors, and identifying discrepancies in financial records.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and the preparation of Audit Reports.
- Experience in conducting Financial Audits and professional knowledge of Finance processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights in financial data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using relevant financial and auditing software tools is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Basic understanding of compliance regulations related to auditing and finance is considered an asset.
